Employers

We will provide a mix of clinical and administration roles to ensure we provide the appropriate skills and experience when delivering these services. We will put in place systems that are up to date with the latest technology, such as SMS text messaging appointment reminders, and all OH staff will have remote access to our admin database. We will use digital dictation and an outsourced transcription service to ensure your management reports are quality controlled and delivered within a 5 day SLA. Our fully managed referral model is an inclusive cost and includes storage disposal copying and electronic management of your OH records.

To cultivate relations with line managers in terms of our policies and procedures and to ensure stakeholder engagement and to manage the transactional side of the contract we will appoint an experienced Client Facilitator (CF), who will manage your account. The CF will contribute to your monthly contract review meetings but they will be accountable to our MD and provide a monthly overview of the contract in the OHM monthly management report. Our experience tells us that this process will ensure we are regularly monitoring our performance, complaints, invoicing issues and contract disputes. Our team of Clinical Administrators will be on hand to take your referrals, your enquires and book your appointments with our clinical professionals.

We specialise in being flexible and responsive deploying resources where they are needed. Our highly trained occupational health resources are flexible and our peripatetic model means we can put the emphasis on supply and demand without jeopardising quality.

Fully Managed Administration

Our Client Support Centre will help you process your referrals, book an appointment with one of our OH professionals and receive your report in a timely way. Typically you will receive an appointment within 5 working days and your report will be despatched within 5 working days of the consultation taking place. We can provide a fully managed on-site Occupational Health Service where our Practitioners come to your site at regular intervals to see workers you have referred. Alternatively we will provide a consulting service at one of our satellite consulting rooms which stretch from London to Glasgow and across to Northern Ireland.

Out nationwide network of practitioners can provide a daily weekly or monthly absence referral service depending on the threshold of referrals you have. This will take place in the form of clinics which would be face to face, on-site or by telephone if you require. Our Client Support Centre which is situated in our head office will provide you with a fully managed booking service available to support you and your enquires in core business hours irrespective of how many referrals you make and how frequently we hold referral clinics for you.

Alternatively if you do not require a dedicated on-site solution or you do not have space to provide an on-site service we can provide an Adhoc advisory service, either by conducting consultations in our consulting rooms or by telephone. These services are tailor-made for you so they are flexible and cost effective, they are particularly suitable if you are a small business or you need additional support to compliment existing or incumbent occupational health service.
